The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding what we needed. The property presented some unique challenges, but Chad went above and beyond by visiting the site multiple times to assess the shoreline and water conditions, recommending the best dock for our needs. This level of service was exceptional, especially compared to other competitors who were reluctant to do on-site assessments. Lakeside also kept us well-informed about installation times, and the dock was installed seamlessly.
